The southern governors meeting held in Asaba, Delta State,has ended with a declaration that all 17 governors of the south have have agreed to end open grazing in their states.
The governors also demanded that President Muhammadu Buhari should address the nation on the security situation in the country to assuage the fears of Nigerians.
