Police, Okada Riders Clash In Festac/Agboju Axis Of Lagos

The Festac and Agboju axis of Lagos State is reportedly under tension this Tuesday morning, as police and Okada riders clashes continue to fester.

Eye witness accounts has confirmed that there has been sporadic shooting and tear-gassing by the police .

One of the victims of police in discriminate use of  tear gass, Mr. Clement Mgbolu, a Zenith Bank staff on his way to the office in Festac, sent the following whatapp message to our correspondent early this morning.

“Presently at Golden Cross Hospital on oxygen. I am dying oo. I was tear gassed by festac police men at 22 road on my way to the office, in my car.”

When The Legend put a call across to him to verify his condition, he confirmed that he had been treated and stabilized by the hospital.
