Breaking: Youths In Delta State , Parts Of Lagos And Ogun Troop Out In Defiance Of Govt. Stay At Home Order

Our reporters combing the streets of Lagos, Ogun and Delta States Of Nigeria, report that crowns of angry and hungry youths trooped out early this morning, in defiance of the stay at home order imposed on the citizenry, which has come largely become unpopular.

President Muhammadu Buhari, Monday night, signed the Quarantine Order.

The order gives a legal backing to the lockdown extension.

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja, Lagos and Ogun States are affected.

The Nigerian leader made the initial lockdown announcement in a national broadcast on Sunday, March 29.

But legal practitioners and critics condemned his “unilateral action”, arguing that it had to have legal backing.
