Nigeria’s acclaimed wealthiest actress Genevieve Nnaji has put up an uncommon defense for the menfolk.
Speaking recently on her Instagram page, the single parent said in a post:
“‘Boys will be boys’ is a form of objectivation. Don’t reduce men to animals who don’t know right from wrong.”
But fellow men, before you start singing, clapping and dancing in praise of the single parent who is yet to find a life partner in a man, read the star actress’ defense between its lines.
Overheard someone say the “uncommon” defense might just be a sarcasm of an inner bitterness against the “animals” called men who find it difficult to control their third leg but move around to make young women single mothers in the society.
