Ministers To Handover To SFG
Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari, has held the valedictory session of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The valedictory session started at 11a.m. with almost all the ministers in the cabinet in attendance.
At the commencement of the meeting, the Minster of Environment, Suleiman Hassan offered the Muslim prayers while the Minister of Niger Delta, Usani Uguru Usani said the Christian prayer.
The council meeting would be the last before the inauguration of Buhari for a second term in office on May 29.
Meanwhile, the President has directed ministers to continue in office till May 28.
He also directed the Ministers to hand over note to the office of Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha.
