Prof. Ben Nwabueze, a former secretary-general of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide and a renowned constitutional lawyer, has passed away.
Nwabueze was born in 1931 and is a Nigerian Senior Advocate who is originally from Atani in the Ogbaru Local Government Area of Anambra State.
He passed away in his home on Sunday night, according to a statement sent by the family’s spokesman, Eni Nwabueze, on Monday.
We regret to inform you that on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at the age of 91, our patriarch, Professor B. O. Nwabueze SAN, NNOM, CON, the first Secretary-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo and the Oduah Afo-na-isagba of Atani, Anambra State, passed away to eternal bliss.
